GUILHERME MARQUES
President

Projects manager, cultural producer and actor. Guilherme is the director and founder of the CIT-ECUM – ECUM International Theatre Centre, ECUM – Performing Arts World Meeting and the ECUM – International Research Centre on Performing Arts Education. Guilherme is also the founder and executive director São Paulo International Theatre Festival – MITsp. Acted as coordinator, production and artistic consultancy of several national and international cultural festivals, among them: International Theatre Festival Palco & Rua in Belo Horizonte (FIT-BH); International Dance Forum of Belo Horizonte (FID); 1st Internacional Grafitti Biennial of Belo Horizonte; Black Art Festival of Belo Horizonte (FAN); International Mercosur Theatre Festival (Argentina); International Theatre Festival of Caracas (Venezuela); Cultural Winter Festival of São João del Rei; Project Image of Peoples and Meeting of Performing Arts in Araxá. Participated in the jury committee of the Myriam Muniz Prize and the Petrobras Culture Programme. Guilherme also served as international relations for the Artistic Project under the Year of France in Brazil. He was curator of performing arts of the 1st Contemporary Exhibition of Minas Gerais’ Art – São Paulo.

Rafael Steinhauser

RAFAEL STEINHAUSER
Vice President

Rafael Steinhauser is a corporate business leader and professional actor. He graduated in aerospace engineering (Germany) and performing arts (Brazil). Rafael was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in the high-tech and telecommunications industries in Europe and Latin America, last assignment as president of Qualcomm for Latin America. As an actor, he performed in many theater plays and movies in Brazil and other countries. He is a member of the Companhia Zug and director of the Mostra Internacional de Teatro de São Paulo MITsp, winner of the national Shell theater prize for Innovation in 2015. He was nominated in 2015 and 2020 to the Governor of Sao Paulo Prize for the Arts. He also co-founded B-Future Forum in 2015, a sustained action-oriented dialog on the future of humanity, and the Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas EBAC in 2016, a world-class higher educational institution for the Creative Arts in Brazil.

Marisa Riccitelli

MARISA RICCITELLI SANT’ANA
Treasurer

Producer for over 20 years acting in various areas of the Performing Arts such as opera, dance, theatre, circus and performances. Among the main works we can mention: 

Carmina Burana at the venue Via Funchal, Guarani Opera in Theatro Municipal de São Paulo, Opening of the 2001 TMSP Season, with the show Mulheres de Verdi, the Opera Os Contos de Hoffmann, with scenic direction of Iacov Hillel and musical direction of Luís Malheiros, premiering in the auditorium Cláudio Santoro in the festival of Campos de Jordão, produced the show of reopening of the Tamborini Organ of the Theatro Municipal de São (Theatre of the city of São Paulo), having the opportunity to work with the best directors and conductors such as Naun Alves de Souza, Rubens Velloso, Iacov Hillel. , J. de Andrade, Mto. Samuel Kerr, Mário Zaccaro, Julio Medaglia, Mto. Ripper, Gil Jardim.

Since 2005, she has been part of the Phila7 Collective producing all its shows such as Play on Earth and The Relative Truth of the Thing itself, What’s Wrong with the World? within the series Play on Earth, in conjunction with the English Company Station House Opera at the venue OI Futuro Flamengo in Rio de Janeiro, Profanação, Faustocompacto, Aparelhos de Superar Ausências among others and produced the CD Água de Fonte by Claudia Riccitelli and Nahim Marun.

Among the international projects produced, we can mention: Conjunto di Nero by Emio Greco & Pieter Scholten and Royal Dance by Cia Moare Danza,

The Continuum: Beyond the Killing Fields of Singapore’s Cia Theatreworks and Colin Dunne’s Out of Time, Gemelos da cia Teatrocinema, within the MIRADA Festival, the show DRESSING THE CITY the Angie Hiesl at the 2012 SESC Showcase and Meg Stuart’s VIOLET show at Cia Damaged Goods, Ile O, Belonging, Underart e A O Lang PHO para o Festival SESC de Circos, Nosostres, Princípio de Parcimônia, A Posto, La Polar, Festival Novíssimos Portugueses, Trajal Harrel, Let me Stay, Más Pequeños que el Guggheim, Vacío, Blue Remix e Banos Roma, Corpos em Espaços Urbanos , Big Bang, Still Life and An Old Monk -Poems for Small Mouths and Nana Nana , The Chapel, World of Interiors, Liebre’s Lip and Cuando Estallan las Paredes. In 2017 she produced the installation O Olhar do Boto by artist Aguilar, in the pool of the venue SESC Consolação.

In the same period, she produced the shows Terreno Baldio, Open Source and 30 performances of the show O Homem da Camisa Branca in public theatres in the city of São Paulo.

Among the works in 2019 are Enrolando um Becket by Rubens Velloso and Alvise Camozzi at the venue Teatro Centro da Terra, Venice Island Fast Food directed by Alvise Camozzi, at the venue SESC Consolação, and the Executive Production of the Scena Festival – Semana Italiana da Arte Contemporânea in São Paulo at the venue SESC Pompeia.

In 2020/2021 she produced the MIT+ digital platform, the cultural magazine OBLÒ, and the project A Extinção é Para Sempre by Nuno Ramos, and many others.

Since 2017, she is the Logistics Coordinator at the São Paulo International Theatre Festival – MITsp. 

Andreia Duarte

ANDREIA DUARTE
Secretary

Andreia Duarte é artista, curadora, diretora e pesquisadora em teatro, com uma prática e pesquisa inserida no campo anticolonial. Morou cinco anos no Parque Indígena do Xingu com os Kamayura e desde então trabalha como apoiadora à causa indígena completando 20 anos de realizações. É doutoranda pela USP/ECA onde estuda Teatro e os Povos Indígenas com orientação da Profa. Doutora Beth Lopes e publicação de artigos em diferentes revistas, tais como Arte da Cena – UFG (2018) e Harvard Review of Latin America (2020). Há 18 anos participa como atriz de diferentes grupos e espetáculos em mostras nacionais e internacionais. Criou e atuou no solo Gavião de Duas Cabeças de 2016 a 2019 passando por vários festivais, tal como o Festival Le Manifest na França em 2017, onde apresentou e levou como convidado o xamã Davi Kopenawa Yanomami.

Realizou ao lado do líder indígena Ailton Krenak o experimento cênico “O silêncio do mundo” no festival Porto Alegre Em Cena em 2019 – um projeto de encenação que está em continuidade na parceria com artistas indígenas brasileiros. Trabalha há 5 anos como Coordenadora dos Eixos Reflexivo e Pedagógico da MITsp – Mostra Internacional de Teatro de São Paulo. Fez a co-curadora do Seminário Perspectivas Anticoloniais na sétima edição da MITsp ao lado dos professores Christine Greiner (PUC) e José Fernando Azevedo (EAD/USP). É diretora e co-curadora ao lado de Ailton Krenak da Mostra artística TePI – Teatro e os povos indígenas. Realiza uma curadoria sobre Arte Indígena Contemporânea para o Centro Cultural Virtual “O Ninho” – uma plataforma de divulgação artística do diretor Nondas Okiama. E, ainda, está realizando junto com Krenak o livro “Longa história de negação” pela Cia das Letras, uma biografia coletiva e conceitual do líder indígena.

JUPIRA SANTOS  
Tax Councilor

Jupira is a social worker, specializing in Public Management, having acted in the development of Cultural Policy in Belo Horizonte. She was projects manager and coordinator of the Cultural Training Programme of the Lagoa do Nado Cultural Center. She worked as an articulator of the Arena da Cultura Programme with the Regional Administrations Pampulha and Venda Nova, as coordinator at Cultural Centre Pampulha. He was part of the production team of the Bienal de Quadrinhos, the Black Art Festival (FAN) and the International Theatre Festival Palco & Rua of Belo Horizonte (FIT-BH). Jupira was also head manager at the Vila Marçola Cultural Centre.
